SulfoLink™ Immobilisation Kit for Proteins is a kit containing all the reagents for preparing the protein sample for efficient immobilisation and columns containing SulfoLink™ resin that can be used in either gravity-flow or centrifuge format for efficient coupling reactions and multiple cycles of affinity purification.

When incubated with a solution of protein that contains reduced cysteine residues, the iodoacetyl groups of SulfoLink™ resin react specifically and efficiently with the exposed sulphhydryls (-SH) to form covalent and irreversible thioether bonds that permanently attach the protein to the resin. The result is a custom-made affinity resin for purification of antibodies, antigens and other molecules of interest.
Delivery information: Standard kit includes SulfoLink™ columns, 2 ml (5 columns), SulfoLink™ preparation buffer (7,5 ml), SulfoLink™ coupling buffer (500 ml), wash solution (120 ml), PBS pack (makes 500 ml), 2-Mercaptoethylamine·HCl (5×6 mg), L-Cysteine·HCl (100 mg), Zeba™ spin desalting columns, 5 ml (5 columns), and column accessories. A 1-column trial kit is also available.
