Tuttnauer's laboratory autoclaves are ideal for a wide range of applications in various fields, such as research institutes, universities, pharmaceutical, food, medical and biotechnological industries. The advanced laboratory line is a quality range of reliable bench top (front loading) and vertical (top loading) models with chamber volumes from 28 to 160 litres, and provides a single solution for the full spectrum of sterilisation needs. The autoclaves can be fully configured from general use to customer-specific applications. Units from either the Essential or Hi End ranges can be customised with various different optional features to meet more specific or demanding applications. The sterilising temperature range is 105 to 138 °C.

Essential vertical (top loading) laboratory autoclaves are floor standing models. The ELV-D models are designed to be connected to utilities, and are well known for their steam production inside the chamber by using heating element at the bottom of the chamber. Allowing the user to run basic sterilisation cycles for solid loads, liquids and waste (solid or liquid) Adding different options and accessories will allow the user to expect even more from the autoclave, such as quicker cooling times and safe handling of hazardous loads.

'Stand alone' ELV-WR-D models have a water reservoir and only need power connection.
Hi End vertical (top loading) laboratory autoclaves are floor standing models. The ELVC-GD models are designed to be connected to utilities, and are well known for their steam production in the built-in steam generator as well as the standard available fast cooling option. Allowing the user to run besides the basic sterilisation cycles for solid loads, liquids and waste (solid or liquid) also liquid cycles with fast cooling. Adding different options and accessories will allow the user to expect even more from the autoclave such as even quicker cooling times, dry products at the end and; safe handling of hazardous loads.
