The VD series of vacuum drying chambers provide fast gentle drying of non flammable solvents, delivering impressive performance through their precise temperature control and gentle drying. Expansion rack technology also ensures optimal heat transfer, shelves provide flexible placement, and the interior of the chamber is easy to clean. The VDL series of safety vacuum drying chambers ensures maximum safety when drying flammable organic solvents, and have been safety tested by a state recognised test institute (GS mark). VD/VDL units can also be purchased as modular options with vacuum pump and pump chamber to form a complete system.

VD vacuum drying chambers for non flammable solvents, dry materials without residue, scaling, or oxidation, and without posing a risk to the solvents in the process. The drying chambers are equipped with innovative APT.line™ pre-heating chamber technology to ensure homogeneous temperature distribution and maximum temperature accuracy. Safety is guaranteed by an inert gas connection, the corrosion-resistant stainless steel coating of the drying chamber makes the unit robust and easy to clean. VD vacuum drying chambers are extremely easy to use thanks to a controller with the digital display of pressure and temperature as well as interval, also real time programming.
VD models can be used for fast and effective yet gentle drying of the materials in question. Heat is transferred to the sample directly using heat conductor plates, with drying being homogeneous, quick and free from condensation across the entire usable space.

VDL vacuum drying chambers, for flammable solvents, combine effective drying with a sophisticated safety concept. Drying is taken care of quickly and without residue, scaling, or oxidation. Safety when drying samples containing flammable solvents is guaranteed thanks to the explosion-proof interior of the vacuum drying chamber. Explosion-protected unit with classification according to ATEX directive 2014/34/EU: EX II 2/3/- G IIB T3 Gb/Gc/- X. Alongside a quick drying process and high levels of process reliability, the chamber is also quick and easy to clean thanks to the smooth inner chamber with rounded corners, the stainless steel interior coating, and the removable racks. Heat is transferred to the sample directly using heat conductor plates, and APT.line™ pre-heating chamber technology makes sure that sample drying is homogeneous across the entire usable space. Quick, gentle, and free from condensation, drying takes place on aluminium expansion racks that can be flexibly adjusted.
