In explosive areas, only operating materials with ATEX conformity may be used. VACUUBRAND offers chemistry diaphragm pumps and pumping units category 2 (for example, for zone 1) with ATEX conformity. Thanks to their high degree of chemical resistance, their oil-free operation, the absence of sliding surfaces, as well as the hermetic seal of the pump chamber against the drive zone, chemistry diaphragm pumps offer excellent conditions for avoiding sources of ignition.

Using the VACUU·SELECT controller, you control the vacuum and process steps intuitively using the touch display. VARIO® pumps control the vacuum by adjusting the motor speed. It offers the utmost precision, maximum efficiency and is especially quiet.

The suction-side separator (AK) collects droplets. The pressure-side emission condenser (EK) enables nearly 100% solvent recovery.

Delivery information: Pump/s with motor/s (with control and mains cable/s at each of the motor/s) completely mounted, ready for use, with manual. Speed control via 4 to 20 mA current loop (4 mA = 0 min⁻¹, 20 mA = 1500 min⁻¹). Control signal and mains cable length 10 m, without plug. Models VARIO MD 4C EX / MV 10C EX with one/two motors, respectively.
