Exclusive use of insulation materials without categorization according to EC Regulation No 1272/2008 (CLP). This explicitly means that alumino silicate wool, also known as 'refractory ceramic fibre' (RCF), which is classified and possibly carcinogenic, is not used. Over-temperature limiter with adjustable cutout temperature as temperature limiter to protect the furnace and load (not model NAT 15/65).
Applications include preheating of components for shrink-fit processes, heat treatment of metals in air such as aging, stress relieving, soft annealing or tempering, and heat treatment of glass.
Approximate heat-up time to Tmax (in an empty furnace) is 40 minutes for NAT 15/65 models, 80 minutes for NAT 30/65 models, 100 minutes for NAT 60/65 models, 190 minutes for NAT 15/85 models and 230 minutes for NAT 30/85 and NAT 50/85 models.
Units feature different controllers: the standard touch operated B500/B510 controller with touch screen display, featuring five freely adjustable programs, four segments and two extra functions. Alternatively chose the C540/C550 controller with touch screen display, featuring 10 freely adjustable programs and 20 segments and two extra functions. All these controllers are PID microprocessor controlled with a self-diagnostic system and integrated process documentation. Freeware NTEdit for convenient program input via ExcelTM for WindowsTM on the PC and Freeware NTGraph for evaluation and documention of firings using ExcelTM for WindowsTM on a PC, MyNabertherm App for online monitoring of the firing on mobile devices can be downloaded for free.

Wear and tear of parts or damages due to improper use or maintenance not in compliance with the operating instructions as well as damages due to interaction between furnace components and charge are excluded from the guarantee.
