The Masterflex® MasterSense™ piston pump drive provides high-repeatability, low-maintenance, and excellent chemical compatibility for high-accuracy dispensing or transfer applications. Piston pump technology delivers fluid handling precision even in high pressure applications up to 6,8 bar (100 psi). Increase process reliability by utilising integrated pressure monitoring with built-in alarms and shut offs from a sensor directly installed into the process flow path. Pumps feature greater flow up to 2,3 LPM and include washdown 316 stainless steel housings for use in critical process applications and environments.

Ideal for high accuracy dispensing and metering applications which require long duration without the need for batch to batch changes such as adhesives, etching, viscous fluid handling, solvent extraction, ink circulation/dispensing, and pulp and paper processing. The inert wetted materials also make these perfect for research and development. Recommended for clean fluids up to 500 centipoise.

Pump drives feature a variety of built in options for remote communications. EtherNet/IP™ control is available via RJ45 port; PROFIBUS is available via 9-pin connector. RS232 serial control is available via a USB-A port (requires cable MFLA78006-90). A 31-pin connector allows analog input and output controls or use of a footswitch.
