This Supreme RT-PCR detection kit HLVd/LCV/CanCV is designed for the detection of Hop Latent Viroid (HLVd), Lettuce Chlorotic Virus (LCV) and Cannabis Cryptic Virus (CanCV) in a single PCR reaction (TETRAPLEX).

Detection of Hop latent viroid (HLVd), Lettuce Chlorosis Virus (LCV), and Cannabis Cryptic Virus (CanCV) in Cannabis or other plant samples. This kit combines a reverse transcriptase with a multiplex qPCR assay to simultaneously detect HLVd, LCV, CanCV and an internal control. The kit is suitable for use in real time instruments with FAM, Cy5, HEX/VIC and ROX/Texas Red detection channels.

This kit uses Reverse Transcriptase (RT) real-time PCR for the detection of HLVd, LCV, CanCV in a simple, reliable, and rapid procedure. The assay combines a reverse transcriptase with a multiplex qPCR assay based on 5' nuclease real time PCR reactions to amplify a unique genomic sequence of each target. The carefully designed primers and probe ensure the highest sensitivity and specificity. The kit consists of an assay mix for detecting the targets, a positive control, and internal control (IC).To minimise PCR cross-contamination, the kit contains dUTP and uracil-N glycosylase (UDG).
