Catalog Number: (PIER24500)
Supplier: Thermo Fisher Scientific
Description: Thermo Scientific Pierce NHS is a chemical modification reagent for converting carboxyl groups to amine-reactive NHS esters for bioconjugation, crosslinking, labeling and immobilization methods.
UOM: 1 * 25 g

Supplier: Thermo Fisher Scientific
Description: The DyLight™ Long Stokes Shift Dyes are amine-reactive fluorescent dyes that produce long Stokes (LS) shifts of 80 to 145 nm in excitation/emission wavelengths. The DyLight™ LS dyes provide multicolour detection using a single excitation source in applications including flow cytometry, conjugation, DNA-sequencing, microscopy and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). These dyes contain N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) esters, the most commonly used reactive group for labeling proteins. NHS esters react with primary amines on proteins and other molecules, forming a stable, covalent amide bond and releasing the NHS group.

Supplier: Cytiva
Description: CypHer5E is a red-excitable, pH-sensitive cyanine dye derivative that is minimally fluorescent at a basic pH and maximally fluorescent at an acidic pH.

Supplier: Cytiva
Description: Mono-reactive dye pack contains derivatised CyDye™ that carries only one reactive group on each dye molecule for targeted and specific labelling of amine groups, for example on antibodies, peptides or oligonucleotides.

Catalog Number: (PIER22307)
Supplier: Thermo Fisher Scientific
Description: Thermo Scientific Pierce Sulfo-EMCS is a water-soluble amine-to-sulfhydryl crosslinker that contains NHS-ester and maleimide reactive groups at opposite ends of a medium-length spacer arm (9.4 angstroms).
UOM: 1 * 50 mg

Catalog Number: (PIER26167)
Supplier: Thermo Fisher Scientific
Description: Thermo Scientific Pierce SDA (NHS-Diazirine) combines proven NHS-ester and diazirine-based photoreaction chemistries with conjugate amine-containing molecules with nearly any other functional group via long-wave UV-light activation. A 3.9Å spacer arm separates the two photoreactive groups.
UOM: 1 * 50 mg

Supplier: AAT BIOQUEST
Description: 6-CR6G, SE is amine-reactive derivative of 6-CR6G.

Catalog Number: (AATB211)
Supplier: AAT BIOQUEST
Description: 6-TET, SE is a popular amino-reactive fluorescent probe that is widely used in nucleic acid sequencing and related research.
UOM: 1 * 5 mg

Supplier: Thermo Fisher Scientific
Description: The DyLight™ Specialty Dyes are fluorescent dyes with varying spectral characteristics, degrees of sulfonation, charges and hydrophobicities. These dyes are offered in their amine-reactive forms and are mainly derivatized with N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) esters, the simplest and most commonly used reactive group for labeling proteins. The large selection of near infrared (NIR) and infrared (IR) dyes may be used for in vivo and near-IR fluorescence (NIRF) applications.

Supplier: AAT BIOQUEST
Description: PacBlue succinimidyl ester is the same molecule to Pacific Blue™ succinimidyl ester (Pacific Blue™ is the trademark of ThermoFisher).
UOM: 1 * 5 mg

Supplier: Cytiva
Description: CyDye™ Mono-Reactive Maleimide Fluorescent Dyes are intensely fluorescent and highly water soluble, providing significant advantages over other existing fluorophores.

Catalog Number: (AATB202)
Supplier: AAT BIOQUEST
Description: 6-HEX, SE is the amine-reactive succinimidyl ester of 6-HEX acid.
UOM: 1 * 5 mg

Catalog Number: (RPN5661)
Supplier: Cytiva
Description: CyDye™ Post-labelling reactive dye pack for the generation of highly fluorescent Cy3- and Cy5-labelled probes.

UOM: 1 * 5 mg

Catalog Number: (SIAL803642-50MG)
Supplier: Merck
Description: The amine-reactive portion of SPDP reagents is the N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) ester. Reactions are most commonly performed in phosphate, carbonate/bicarbonate, or borate buffers at pH 7-8. Other buffers can be used provided they do not contain primary amines (or thiols or disulfide reducing reagents – see discussion of the sulfhydryl reactivity). The rate of reaction and degradation by hydrolysis increases with increasing pH; for example, the half-life of the NHS ester is several hours at pH 7 and less than 10 minutes at pH 9. NHS-ester reagents like SPDP and LC-SPDP have limited aqueous solubility and must be dissolved in organic solvent before adding them to a reaction mixture. Sulfo-NHS-ester reagents like Sulfo-LC-SPDP are water-soluble and can be added directly to aqueous reaction mixtures.
UOM: 1 * 50 mg
